Pawras Refund & Return Policy – 30-Day Warranty

How to Return and Get a Refund

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pawras.com. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please attach photos to support your claim. Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm its condition. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

30-Day Warranty

All Pawras products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to accessories such as packaging, tools, or promotional items. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at contact@pawras.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging. Returns may be refused if the item is damaged due to poor packaging during return transit. Please ensure your product is well protected before shipping it back.

Return Exclusions

We do not accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons), customized items, or products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
