Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Standard delivery takes 6 to 9 business days (business days only). Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination or during peak periods (holidays, promotions, sales).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link. You may also check the status of your order through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $4.90 per order. 
We keep things simple and transparent: the shipping fee is clearly displayed before checkout, with no hidden or additional charges.
The total you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@pawras.com so we can adjust the details before processing.

Order Cancellation and Address Errors
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Pawras is not responsible for returned, delayed, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying our customer service immediately.
If the package was delivered in your absence, please email us at contact@pawras.com with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
