By placing an order on Pawras, you agree to the following Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made securely at checkout using the available payment methods.
Taxes or additional fees may apply depending on your state of residence.
3. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 6 to 9 business days.
A flat shipping fee of $4.90 applies to all U.S. orders.
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can check the status of your order anytime on our Track my order page.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated timeframe, or if any items are missing or damaged, please contact us at contact@pawras.com within 7 days of delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
5. Warranty
All Pawras products include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not apply to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawras shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
